The remaining development land at Priory Park has a current outline consent for B1, B2 & B8 including showroom uses as detailed in the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 2013. Henry Boot Developments Limited will work with the proposed occupier to secure a detailed planning consent, thus allowing an early commencement to the construction phase.
